For check-outs after 11:00 AM, an additional charge of 1,000 yen per hour will apply.

Are minors allowed to stay?

Minors are welcome to stay.
However, if a minor (16 to under 18 years old) is staying alone, or if multiple minors are staying together, we require a consent form from their legal guardian. This form is required for all guests.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

We can store your luggage both before and after check-in.

Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?

Yes, it is possible. When sending luggage to the hotel, please be sure to write your check-in date and the name of the person who made the reservation on the shipping label.
