When can I make a reservation for accommodation?
Reservations can be made approximately 6 months in advance.

How is cleaning handled during consecutive night stays?
For cleaning requests during your stay, please use the request card.
Can minors stay overnight alone?
If you wish to book a stay for minors only, please contact us directly.
Do you have non-smoking rooms?
We have both non-smoking and smoking rooms available. Please check your room type when making your reservation.
Is there a place where I can smoke?
A smoking room is available. Please check your room type when making your reservation. An ashtray is also available outside.
Please tell me the check-in and check-out times.
Check-in is at 3:00 PM (latest check-in at 12:00 AM), and check-out is at 10:00 AM.

What should I do if I want to delay my check-in time?
You do not need to contact us if you will be arriving late.
Is early check-in and late check-out possible?
Both early check-in and late check-out may be possible depending on availability.
Please inquire at the front desk for details regarding rates and other information.
Is there a curfew for the entrance?
There is no curfew. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
I would like to cancel my hotel reservation.
Please use this link to confirm, change, or cancel your reservation.
In case of cancellation, a cancellation charge will be applied in accordance with our hotel's terms and conditions: 50% of the basic accommodation fee for cancellations made 3 days prior to the arrival date, 80% for cancellations made on the day of arrival, and 100% for no-shows.
However, cancellation policies may vary depending on the plan. Please check the details of your plan at the hotel.

There are no child rates.
Children aged 6 and under can stay free of charge if sharing a bed with an adult (one child per room). Children older than the age limit for sharing a bed will be charged the adult rate.

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
We can store your luggage from the day of your arrival. After check-out, we will store it until your departure on the same day.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
Yes, it is possible. When sending luggage to the hotel, please be sure to write your check-in date and the name of the person who made the reservation on the shipping label.

Yes, it is possible. We can arrange for your luggage to be shipped from the front desk. We have both cash-on-delivery and prepaid shipping labels available.
Is there free Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms. Please inquire on the day of your stay if you have any questions regarding the connection.
Is there parking available?
Unfortunately, we do not have a parking lot at our hotel, nor do we have any affiliated parking facilities. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please use a nearby paid parking lot.
Is there a large public bath?
Unfortunately, we do not have a large public bath.
Are there any convenience stores nearby?
There is 7-Eleven a 2-minute walk away.

Do you have pajamas?
We offer a one-piece nightwear with front buttons. It is available in one size only (adult free size).
Do you have a crib?
Unfortunately, we do not have a crib available. We apologize for any inconvenience.
What can I watch on TV?
Guest rooms offer both terrestrial digital broadcasting and pay-per-view in-room theater services. A special card must be purchased to access pay-per-view content.
